The Goal is to Get Evil to Seal its Fate as “Dead”

God is Good at Provoking Evil

“Have you considered my servant Job?” This quote from God, found in Job 1:8, is profound. In this quote, God is provoking the devil. The devil didn’t even realize he was being provoked until later.

The last enemy to be defeated is death.

1 Corinthians 15:26 says, “The last enemy to be destroyed is death”. So, before death is destroyed, all other enemies are destroyed. Death is used as a tool to destroy evil, and that’s why death is last enemy to defeated. It’s God’s strategy.

Jesus defeated every enemy on the cross.

All evil was defeated when Jesus chose to go to the cross. Jesus went to hell and obtained the keys to “hell death and the grave” (Revelation 1) ( Matthew 12:40). So, we live in a paradox: we are in the process of defeating an already-defeated enemy. Boom!

Evil always over-plays their hand.

Evil is an energy that is overly concerned with their “here and now” senses. Example: “I get the reward now. I’m not worried about future consequences”. The enemy ends up receiving the energy of the cross that defeats them when they get caught up in their senses. By overplaying their hand, they seal their fate as “dead”. When they seal their fate as dead, they instantly receive holy defeat energy from the cross of Christ. This explains the great paradox we’re living in: the energy of defeating evil has been created but is still in the process of being fully distributed to all evil beings. The trick is to manipulate evil into receiving this energy themselves, and they ALWAYS take the bait.

May the God of peace crush Satan under your feet.
