Making a Spiritual Day and Night Box

What is a spiritual day and night box?

A spiritual day and night box is a tool to help you keep your spiritual habits organized. It is there to remind you to do the spiritual things you like to do upon waking and before going to bed. Using a spiritual day and night box can improve your life.

My spiritual day and night box:

In my box, I have:

• A tuning fork (528hz)

• A small bell

• A bag of salt

• Anointing oil

• Small crystal points

• Small crystals

• Instructions

How I use my spiritual day and night box:

Upon waking, the first thing I use is the salt. I put salt in the water of both of my toilets because God told me that if I do this twice a day, demons can’t use them as portals to enter into my home. Then, I use the tuning fork. After using the tuning fork, I anointed both of my hands and both of my feet with oil. Then I ring the bell and say, “I invite the holy angels to help me today”. Then I use the crystal points on each one of my chakras.

Before bed, I put salt in both of the toilets again (it doesn’t matter if you flush the toilets after doing this, just as long as it gets done twice a day). Then I use the tuning fork. I then anoint both of my hands and both of my feet with oil. Then I ring the bell and say, “I invite the holy angels to guard me before, during, and after sleep”. Then I place with crystals nuggets on each of my chakras as I lay down and imagine a white ball of light moving up and down through all of these crystals in a straight line.
